There is this mistaken idea in the spiritual community that we always need to be happy, never have a negative thought or Gosh Forbid…. get grumpy! I believe this false idea has led to a crisis of “un-integrity.” In other words, thinking we have to be positive all the time has brought us out of being in integrity with our feelings.
