AC asks: How do I stay inwardly focused with all that is going on?

Let’s use the example of a work scenario. Life throws us curve balls all the time. We want to be able to inwardly focus on our spiritual growth yet all that is going on at work keeps pulling us into unhealthy reactions which we know aren’t in harmony with where we want to be.

Mindfulness is key. When you recognize you have been pulled off course, you can practice a technique I call the Energetic Car Wash to re-align your aura and get your energy back in harmony.

The Energetic Car Wash

1. Imagine a doorway or hallway is an energetic car wash.
2. Walk through the door and “see, sense, know or pretend” that all lower vibrations are washed away.
3. Sense your aura getting lighter and brighter as you release your own frustrations, other people’s stuff or anything you feel has affected your aura.
4. Be aware of how your energy feels lighter and brighter.
5. You can ask your guides and angels to help you be mindful of when your aura gets weighed down again.

TB asks: How do I stop entities from coming home with me from work? My office is above the morgue!

First off, not being a Medium, this is not my expertise. Yet I have lived in harmony with ghosts so I hope my thoughts are helpful. There is not one way to deal with the deceased.

Why do I sense or attract the dead?

1. First off, they have always been there.
2. Usually, the deceased want to get a message to someone, want to be seen or left alone.
3. As you develop spiritually, your light shines brighter and you are more noticeable to the deceased.
4. You could have had a Near Death Experience or other spiritually transformative experience that shifted your aura or opened your awareness.
5. Maybe you are the only one around who notices them. Having deceased people around you isn’t necessarily a bad thing unless it makes you uncomfortable. After living in a house filled with ghosts, we began to think of them more as roommates.

How can I get them to leave me alone?

1. Have a conversation with them. Just like you would a roommate. You may find they are quite nice! It’s rare they want to bother you.
2. Don’t worry if you can’t see them or hear them, just tell them the rules of your home. It might be they can’t come in or in my case, they have to stay out of the bedroom.
3. Ask what they want and if you can’t “hear” or “feel” an answer, let them know you sense them yet don’t know what they want.
4. Acknowledge them and you can ask them to not show themselves anymore. Sometimes once seen, they go away, yet ignoring them is rarely the answer.
5. You can also pray.
   1. Pray that your ability to see them is taken away if that is what you want.
   2. Pray they find another person who can help them.
   3. Pray to your guides or angels to help.

None of these is a sure-fire way to stop attracting the deceased, yet I would try all of these first. If you are still bothered, visit a Medium and ask for help. The Medium most likely will charge a fee to instruct you like a teacher would, yet be aware of scams where the fee is exorbitant. If the Psychic or Medium says it is a “dark aura,” curse, or some other nonsense, run. They are scamming you. The best way to find a good Medium is to ask around and get a referral. It is important to remember that you radiate what you are experiencing. You can best share the light with others when you are experiencing the light within yourself. Here are a few simple steps

Shining Your Light

1. Feel or sense a strong loving vibration within you.
2. Expand that loving energy until you are filled like a balloon with loving energy
3. Radiate out that energy to your entire surrounding with the intention that only those who benefit will be affected.
4. When done, call your energy back to yourself, asking that your aura be returned to the perfect size for your highest good.
